The dice are an important part of all the roleplays, simply because they factor into battles. So what happens is, when you attack (or defend) you use this code instead of using asterisks: [dice = x], where x is the number of sides. (Usually, it's six, unless prior notice is given.). When you attack, it determines how powerful your attack is. When you defend, it determines if the attack connected. (usually, less than three means it connected, more than three means it did not connect.)
In the case of Smash Bros. GX, the dice are mainly used for Final Smashes. Whenever a Smash Ball appears in the heat of battle(which is to say, anytime you want it to during a fight), All players participating in the battle at that point must roll a dice like so: [dice = 50] Whoever has the highest number gets the Smash Ball. In the case of a tie, re-roll.
Super Fighter Story X uses the dice for specials and super specials. Both use a certain amount of sides for a die. Specials use 1d10 (this is DnD-speak for one ten-sided die.), and Super Specials use 1d20 (one 20-sided die.) Hyper arts equate to 2d20 (a pair of 20-sided dice.)
EDIT: From now on, if two people use the same character(this is present in The Purple Flame Inn, but more roleplays may use this rule), then you post here to see who uses the character first. This uses one ten sided die. 1-5 is player one (the person who registered the profile), 6-10 is player two (the other person). Basically, player two rolls the die first, and whichever number it lands on (1-5 for player one, 6-10 for player two) gets to control that character for five of that user's posts.[rand=708475521677351502857454537791182237559718594970837607309080539949]
